Israel DMW Denies Davido's Alleged APC Support
Israel DMW, the logistics manager for Nigerian Afrobeat singer David Adeleke, known as Davido, addressed rumors regarding Davido's alleged secret support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 election. This speculation arose following the public endorsement of President Bola Tinubu's re-election by Davido's uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke.
In a post on Instagram, Israel DMW urged Nigerians to dismiss these claims as fabricated lies aimed at generating social media traffic. He emphasized that Davido has turned down millions of dollars to endorse any presidential candidate, reiterating that the singer would never betray the Nigerian populace.
Israel DMW stated, "Oga has rejected several millions of dollars to endorse any of the presidential candidates," and reaffirmed Davido's commitment to standing with Nigerians during challenging times.
