Hennessy Cypher 2026 Features Tenor from Cameroon

Hennessy has announced the return of the Hennessy Cypher 2026, continuing its legacy in hip-hop. This year, Tenor from Cameroon makes history as the first artist from his country to participate, joining Suspect 95 from Côte d'Ivoire, Yanga Chief from South Africa, and other artists from Ghana, Kenya, and the United Kingdom.

The Cypher is under the creative direction of a prominent African producer and aims to honor hip-hop's foundational elements while looking towards its future. Moët Hennessy’s MEA Regional Marketing Director emphasized the brand's deep-rooted connection with hip-hop, having been referenced in over 58,000 songs, making it the most-mentioned spirit brand in music history.
