Hilda Baci's mother shared the fears and divine intervention behind her daughter's Guinness World Record for the largest serving of jollof rice. The milestone dish, weighing 1,087 kg (2,396 lb 9 oz), was unveiled at Eko Hotel, with Pastor Jerry Eze recounting the prayer and fasting journey.

Despite initial apprehensions, the event successfully cooked 250 bags of rice in a massive pot. The mother highlighted the support and prayers that led to the historic achievement, emphasizing faith and God's mercy throughout the preparation.
