Hilda Baci, in partnership with Gino Nigeria, set a Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian Jollof Rice at Eko Hotels in Lagos. The massive pot weighed an incredible 600kg and included specific ingredients like 164kg of rice, 220kg of goat meat, and 600kg of jollof pepper.

The record-breaking cooking marathon lasted 93 hours and 11 minutes, propelling Hilda's career to new heights. The event showcased teamwork, passion, and community spirit, with the dish being shared to avoid wastage.
