World Bank Loans to Drive Reforms in Nigeria's Education

Dr. Assad Hassan, the Coordinator of the Hope Governance Program, urged Nigerian state governments to strategically leverage World Bank loans to drive sustainable reforms in education and health.

Speaking at a meeting in Enugu on Tuesday, Hassan highlighted the significance of the World Bank as a partner, noting the provision of soft and concessional loans aimed at strengthening governance institutions. He emphasized that the program is designed to enhance the administrative mechanisms of basic education and primary health delivery across the country.
