Chef Hilda Baci set a historic record by cooking Asun Jollof rice in a massive pot within 9 hours at the Gino Jollof Rice Festival in Lagos. The event, attended by 20,000 fans, saw Hilda using 200 bags of rice, 168 kg of goat meat, 1200 kg of tomato paste, and other ingredients to create the dish.

With support from her family and a dedicated team, she impressed celebrities like Funke Akindele and influencers. Hilda's feat showcased her culinary skills and creativity, making her a standout in the cooking world.
