Chef Hilda Baci Sets Guinness World Record with Giant Jollof Pot

Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci set a Guinness World Record for the largest pot of jollof rice in Lagos. The historic culinary moment took place at Eko Hotels & Suites in Victoria Island, where Baci cooked the dish using specific quantities of ingredients in a massive steel pot measuring six meters in diameter.

The event, part of the Gino World Jollof Festival, featured ten assistants and drew notable dignitaries including Ogun State First Lady Bamidele Abiodun and celebrities like Funke Akindele. Baci's resilience and culinary skills were applauded during the event, which showcased Nigeria's rich food culture on a global platform.
