NAFRC Enhances Military Readiness with Training Programs

The Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) in Oshodi, Lagos, is focused on preparing military personnel for life after active service while enhancing their skills for productive engagement. Under the leadership of Commandant Air Vice Marshal Nnaemeka Ignatius Ilo, NAFRC has implemented various initiatives, including entrepreneurship training and physical fitness programs.
In September 2026, NAFRC graduated 33 mid- and senior-level officers from the Entrepreneurship and Management Course 19/2026, organized in collaboration with EMPRETEC Nigeria Foundation. This program aimed to help officers leverage their military experience for sustainable business ventures.
The graduation ceremony highlighted the importance of applying learned skills in their respective services and communities. The participants included 17 mid-level and 16 senior-level officers, along with two senior officers sponsored by the Commandant.
The course covered various topics, including agriculture, emotional intelligence, and business management, equipping officers with essential knowledge for future enterprises.
