Chidinma Ekile Shares Reasons for Leaving Nigeria

Chidinma Ekile, a popular Nigerian singer, disclosed that she left Nigeria with the intention of securing permanent residency abroad. While processing her documents to remain in the foreign country, her plans did not materialize as expected.

During her time abroad, the CEO of Eezee Conceptz, the gospel music record label she is signed to, was the only person from Nigeria who consistently reached out to her, providing encouragement. This support motivated her to return to Nigeria.

Upon her return, she requested a gospel music contract from the CEO of Eezee Conceptz, expressing her desire to deepen her relationship with God. She received a contract that her lawyer described as resembling a charity.

Chidinma clarified that her transition into gospel music was not motivated by a desire to create gospel music but rather by her spiritual aspirations.
