Nkubi Reveals Stigma Faced Due to Physique in Acting

Victor Udochukwu Nwaogu, popularly known as Nkubi, revealed that he faced rejection for regular jobs due to his physique, which prompted him to pursue a career in acting. In a recent podcast episode alongside his wife, Nkubi discussed the stigma associated with being a little person.

He shared that he began to experience job rejections after finishing secondary school, which was a harsh reality for him. Nkubi expressed regret that his daughter is already encountering online trolling and derogatory comments related to her size.

He noted that his wife is aware of the possibility of having a child with dwarfism and is emotionally preparing for the potential stigma their child may face. Despite the challenges, Nkubi's wife remains resolute, even after receiving advice from a doctor to avoid having a child with dwarfism.
