Ikeja Hotel Plc Declares Interim Dividend Q1 2026

Ikeja Hotel Plc has announced an interim dividend of 3 kobo for every share of 50 kobo nominal value, covering the period ended 31st March 2026. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and requisite approval. No bonus issue was declared alongside this announcement.

The qualification date for the dividend is Friday, May 8, 2026, meaning only shareholders whose names appeared on the Register of Members as at the close of business on that date are eligible. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, May 11, 2026, to Friday, May 15, 2026.

Dividends are scheduled to be paid electronically on Friday, June 5, 2026, to qualifying shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions to pay directly into their bank accounts. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to obtain the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the registrar's website at https://greenwichregistrars.com. Shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or unvalidated share certificates are also advised to contact the registrar, Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, located at 274 Murtala Mohammed Way, Yaba, Lagos.
