Peter Okoye Changes Birthday Amid Feud with Paul Okoye

Peter Okoye, a Nigerian singer and songwriter popularly known as Mr. P, has announced a change in his birthday celebration date from November 18 to November 30.

He made this announcement via a post on his X account on Monday, stating that he will no longer recognize November 18 as his birthday and will not accept messages or gifts on that date. This decision comes amid a prolonged public feud with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and their former manager, Jude Okoye.

The brothers, who were once part of the music group P-Square, have faced increasing tensions following their separation due to intense disputes over management and financial allegations. Peter has accused Paul and Jude of financial misconduct, while Paul has countered with allegations against Peter, leading to a report to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The situation escalated in June 2025 when Peter declared a complete severance of ties with his family, particularly with his brother.
