Desmond Elliott Seeks Forgiveness from Gbajabiamila

Desmond Elliott, a lawmaker representing Surulere Constituency 1 in Lagos State, has expressed his desire for forgiveness from Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu. Elliott made this appeal as he prepares to collect his nomination form to contest for the Surulere Constituency 1 seat in the upcoming 2027 general elections.

He described Gbajabiamila as a senior political figure and a leader who guides others. Elliott acknowledged that he may have committed wrongs during his time in office and requested the chance to continue serving and improving project delivery for his constituents.

In response to claims from a group, including the Surulere Account Forum, which rejected his appeal and dismissed it as political talk meant to create confusion, Elliott insisted on engaging directly with his constituents and emphasized his experience in the legislature, which he believes will help him secure benefits for the people.
