PDP Expels Key Members Ahead of 2027 Elections to Restore Discipline

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has expelled prominent members like Nyesom Wike and Ayo Fayose, among others, in a bid to enforce discipline and unity before the 2027 elections. The National Working Committee (NWC) announced the move to end internal sabotage and ensure party loyalty.

The certificates were dispatched to affected politicians, including senators and former governors. Additionally, the PDP clarified that Governor Ademola Adeleke remains a party member despite online reports of resignation.
