Kizz Daniel's Luxury Property Empire: Five Homes Revealed

Kizz Daniel, whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, has established a notable property empire alongside his successful music career. His real estate investments began in August 2017 with the purchase of a five-bedroom mansion in Lekki, Lagos, reportedly valued at around N90 million.

In March 2018, he announced the acquisition of a second house from Haven Homes, celebrating the milestone just four years into his career. By June 2020, he showcased another mansion in Richmond Gate Estate, Lekki, alongside luxury cars.

In June 2021, Kizz Daniel purchased two-bedroom luxury penthouse apartments for his sons, Jelani and Jalil, in Woodland Estate, Lekki, marking them as his first gifts to his children. His most impressive acquisition came in September 2022, following the success of his music, when he bought a house beside the water, fulfilling a long-standing dream.
