International Breweries Plc Approves Q1 2026 Unaudited Results

International Breweries Plc (INTBREW) convened a Board of Directors meeting via teleconference on Friday, 24 April 2026, at its registered office on Plot 5A, Abuja Street, Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. Two resolutions were passed at the meeting.

First, the board approved the unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2026. Second, the board authorised the Company Secretary, Temitope Oluwatosin, to submit those statements to regulatory authorities in the prescribed forms and to publish them in two national dailies.

The company disclosed that its Closed Period, which commenced on 1 April 2026, remains in effect and will continue until after the unaudited financial statements are formally released. Separately, the company noted that its Audited Financial Statements for the full year ended 31 December 2025 were filed on 10 April 2026.
