International Breweries Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of a closed period commencing 1 October 2026, ahead of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 23 October 2026. The board is set to consider the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 30 September 2026.
International Breweries Plc (NGX: INTBREW) filed a Board Meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 30 September 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on Friday, 23 October 2026. The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 30 September 2026.
In line with the NGX Rulebook and the company's own Insider Trading Policy, a closed period took effect from Thursday, 1 October 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements are officially released to NGX and the general public.
During the closed period, all directors, employees, insiders, and their connected persons are prohibited from trading in shares of International Breweries Plc. The notification was signed by Temitope Oluwatosin, the company's Secretary and General Counsel, and was issued from the company's registered address at Plot 5A, Abuja Street, Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos.
