NSITF MD Oluwaseun Faley Wins TUC Award for Excellence

On International Women's Day, Barrister Oluwaseun Faley, the Managing Director of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), was honored with the TUC Award of Excellence. The award was presented by the Trade Union Congress Nigeria Women Commission, recognizing her visionary leadership and significant contributions to women's development and gender equity.

The award night took place in Abuja on a Wednesday, as part of the celebrations for International Women's Day 2026. Comrade Esther Asab Ahmadu, the Chairperson of the TUC Nigeria Women Commission, highlighted Faley's outstanding service and commitment to advancing gender equality, promoting decent work, and protecting the rights and dignity of women in the workplace.

Faley expressed her gratitude for the recognition, attributing her achievements to the hard work of her staff at NSITF and reaffirming her commitment to fostering gender inclusivity and promoting a safe and healthy workplace for all workers.
