International Youth Day: NBC celebrates the Ingenuity of the Nigerian Youth

NBC celebrated International Youth Day by highlighting the ingenuity of Nigerian youth who are shaping a better tomorrow through their ideas, hustle, and bold moves. Since 2017, NBC's YouthEmpowered initiative has been empowering young people across Nigeria with entrepreneurship, life skills, digital tools, and career development programs.

To mark this year's Youth Day, NBC premiered a new short documentary showcasing the stories of young Nigerians making a difference, such as Doyin Ogunye who turned waste into a job and Kingsley Oguchechukwu who bounced back from a business flop to build a successful fashion brand. The documentary, available on YouTube, captures the impact of the YouthEmpowered program in helping young people turn their passions into meaningful impact.
