Netanyahu Claims Elimination of Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei

On Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's Supreme Leader, is no longer alive following a missile strike conducted by the United States and Israel. Netanyahu characterized the attack as a preemptive strike aimed at removing threats against Israel.

The Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, confirmed that the strike targeted key Iranian assets, including areas around Khamenei's compound in Tehran. This military action was reportedly in response to an earlier missile attack by Iran on U.S. assets in the Middle East, which had affected targets in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Netanyahu indicated that the elimination of Khamenei signifies a significant shift in power dynamics, labeling him a tyrant. However, Iran's foreign ministry denied the reports of Khamenei's death, asserting that the Supreme Leader is safe and sound, according to Israeli media.
