Yemi Solade Criticizes Nollywood Stars' Absence at Chief Kanran's Burial

Veteran Nollywood actor Yemi Solade expressed disappointment over the poor attendance of Nollywood actors at the burial of late actor Chief Kanran, who passed away on August 15 at the age of 70. The burial took place at Beckley Estate, Abule Egba, Lagos, with emotional scenes as Chief Kanran's elder sister wept uncontrollably.

Despite the touching moments, many Nollywood stars were reportedly absent. Solade took to Instagram to criticize the lack of recognition for Chief Kanran's contributions to the film industry.

He emphasized the importance of honoring the late actor and expressed his disheartenment over the absence of colleagues at the funeral.
