Nigerian Troops Kill 23 Fleeing Terrorists in Kano State Airstrikes

Nigerian troops, in collaboration with the Joint Task Force, carried out airstrikes in Kano State, resulting in the death of 23 fleeing terrorists. The operation was a response to bandits launching attacks on communities in the region.

The troops inflicted heavy casualties on the assailants in Karaduwa village, Matazu Local Government Area. The Nigerian Army spokesperson mentioned the destruction of weapons and equipment belonging to the bandits during the operation.

Brigadier Generals Zubairu Babatunde and Kingsley Uwa commended the troops for their efforts in combating criminal networks and sustaining pressure on them.
