Julius Berger Nigeria AGM 2026: Dividend, Directors & Fees
Julius Berger Nigeria Plc held its 56th Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2026 at Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Center in Abuja, where members passed five resolutions. The resolutions covered dividend declaration, director re-elections, auditor remuneration, audit committee constitution, and non-executive director fees.
Julius Berger Nigeria Plc convened its 56th Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2026 in FCT Abuja, with members approving five formal resolutions that were subsequently filed with the exchange on June 22, 2026.
Members authorised a dividend of ₦4.25k per 50k share, with the dividend issued on June 19, 2026, one day after the meeting.
Three Non-Executive Directors were returned to the board through re-election: Mr. Chidi Anya ESQ, Amb. Adamu Saidu Daura MFR, and Engr. Jafaru Damulak. Members also authorised the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Company's Auditors.
A Statutory Audit Committee was constituted for the financial year ending December 31, 2026. The committee comprises two board representatives — Mr. Ernest Chukwudi Ebi MFR, FCIB, FIOD and Mr. Chidi Anya ESQ — alongside three elected shareholder representatives: Chief Timothy Ayobami Adesiyan, HRH Sir Sunday Nnamdi Nwosu KSS JP, and Brig. Gen. Emmanuel Ebije Ikwue GCON.
Finally, members approved Directors' fees effective January 1, 2026, set at ₦20 million for Non-Executive Directors and ₦28 million for the Chairman.
