ADC Denies Restraining Order Against Mark, Aregbesola Amid Court Dispute

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has debunked claims of a restraining order against Senator David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola. The ADC clarified that the Federal High Court in Abuja rejected an application and did not issue any restraining order.

The party emphasized that the court ruling did not prevent the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing the leadership change within the ADC. The ADC cautioned against fake news and misinformation aimed at causing confusion and destabilizing the opposition party.
