APC Leaders Unify Messaging Strategy for 2027 Elections

On Tuesday, APC leaders reached a resolution to adopt a unified messaging strategy for the upcoming 2027 general elections during a summit held at the State House Conference Hall in the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The summit was attended by Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda, the national chairman of the APC.

The strategy aims to translate the party's governance achievements into electoral victories while emphasizing discipline and grassroots mobilization. Yilwatda warned against contradictory narratives and internal sabotage, stressing the importance of unity in the party's strategy to secure power ahead of the elections.

The summit also addressed public perception issues, identifying them as failures of communication rather than policy failures. The leaders discussed institutionalizing grassroots engagement, accelerating membership drives, and establishing frameworks to monitor and coordinate the party's messaging nationwide.
