APC Sweeps All 25 Chairmanship Seats in Niger LG Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has emerged victorious in all 25 chairmanship positions in the recently concluded Niger State local government council elections. The Niger State Independent Electoral Commission (NSIEC) confirmed the results as credible and transparent.

APC candidates like Sayuti Ibrahim Halilu, Usman Moham, and others won in areas including Bida, Kontagora, Lapai, Bosso, and Chanchaga. PDP managed to secure only two councillorship positions.

NSIEC urged elected officials to uphold transparency and accountability in service delivery.
