Gombe Governor Sacks SUBEB Chairman, Appoints Replacement

Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has relieved Mr. Babaji Babadidi of his position as the Executive Chairman of Gombe State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and appointed Esrom Toro Jokthan as the new Executive Chairman.

The decision was made to strengthen the progress in the basic education sector and ensure quality and inclusive access to education across Gombe State. Governor Yahaya appreciated Babadidi's service and expressed confidence in Jokthan's ability to enhance education delivery.
