Nasarawa APC Deputy Chairman Barde Dies, State Mourns Loss

Hon Aliyu Yakubu Barde, the Deputy Chairman of the Nasarawa State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has passed away after a brief illness, leading to mourning in the ruling party in the state. Barde served as the Interim Management Committee Chairman in Wamba local government area before his role as deputy chairman.

The State Secretary of the APC, Chief Otaru Douglas, confirmed his demise, describing it as a significant loss to the party and the state. Barde was laid to rest in accordance with Islamic rites in his hometown.

His death has left a void in the party's leadership.
