Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Seeks Second Term as Senator

Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the current Senator representing Kogi Central, has formally declared her intention to seek re-election for a second term. This announcement was made at a meeting with PDP stakeholders, which aimed to rally support and mobilize party members ahead of the upcoming electoral cycle.

The declaration came amid increasing political realignment and grassroots consultations across the five local government areas in her constituency. Akpoti-Uduaghan's statement, issued by her special assistant on media and public affairs, Mike Idoko, highlighted the importance of unity within the PDP to ensure electoral success.

During the event, PDP Kogi Central zonal chairman Anthony Akuvada praised her leadership and transformative impact on the district, noting her commitment to infrastructure development and human capital empowerment. Akpoti-Uduaghan expressed gratitude for the support from her husband, Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Otuozu Uduaghan, acknowledging his role in her political journey.
