Chukwuma Soludo Leads Anambra Guber Election with 19 LGAs Won, Collation Ongoing

Chukwuma Soludo, the governorship candidate of APGA, has taken a significant lead in the Anambra State governorship election by winning 19 out of 21 local government areas. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is still collating results at their headquarters in Awka.

The official process is ongoing until all 21 local government areas are declared. As of now, APGA has polled 389,789 votes, with the Progress Congress (APC) trailing behind at 91,592 votes.

Labour Party (LP) follows with 10,366 votes, and the People's Democratic Party (PDP) with 1,230 votes. Soludo is in a comfortable position as the counting nears completion.

INEC officials are urging political parties to remain calm as the final results are expected soon.
