Bola Tinubu Appoints Abubakar Idri Adamu as Chairman of Military Pensions Board

Former Nigerian Governor Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Air Vice Marshal (Rtd) Abubakar Idri Adamu as the new chairman of the Military Pensions Board, effective December 1, 2025. Adamu, a seasoned financial expert and senior officer in the Nigerian Air Force, will lead efforts to strengthen transparency and efficiency in military pension administration.

Tinubu emphasized the importance of upholding integrity, patriotism, and deploying financial expertise to improve the welfare of military veterans.
