Kaduna PDP Chair Calls for Coalition to Challenge APC in 2027 Elections

Edward Masha, Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, stated that only a PDP-led coalition could dislodge the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections. Masha welcomed alliances to challenge the APC, citing economic challenges and disillusionment with governance under the APC.

He emphasized the need for change and unity within the PDP to provide a viable alternative to the ruling party. Supporters of the Gbenga Solidarity Movement submitted a petition demanding a reversal of the party's zoning of the presidential ticket to the South.

Masha highlighted the importance of addressing the deteriorating living conditions of Nigerians and the urgency for a new leadership approach.
