El-Rufai Condemns Kaduna Police for Alleged Constitutional Violations

Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai accused the state Commissioner of Police of violating the constitution by summoning him over an ADC meeting. El-Rufai condemned the police action, alleging dangerous descent into lawlessness.

The police had reportedly prevented an ADC meeting and summoned seven members for questioning on criminal conspiracy charges. El-Rufai criticized the police for not following legal procedures and claimed that a court order was not properly served.

He emphasized the need for lawful actions and expressed concerns over the state of law enforcement in Kaduna.
