Governor Yusuf Commits to People-Centered Projects in Kano

On Friday, Governor Yusuf of Kano State received Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II during the traditional Sallah homage at the Government House in Kano. The governor congratulated Muslims on the successful Eid al-Adha celebrations and assured residents that his administration would continue to pursue its agenda aimed at building a modern and prosperous state.

This includes ongoing interventions in road construction, education, healthcare, agriculture, and youth empowerment, expanding coverage across Kano State. During the visit, Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II commended Governor Yusuf for his achievements over the past two years, particularly in agriculture and healthcare, which are critical sectors.

However, he urged the governor to remain firm against individuals or groups attempting to destabilize the state and undermine constitutional authority. Emir Sanusi emphasized the importance of leadership in protecting public peace and order and declared his full support for the administration, stressing that the success of the government remains a collective achievement for the people of Kano.
