Kano Govt Advances Local Government Autonomy for Development

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State announced steps towards granting full autonomy to the 44 Local Government Councils. The decision, made during the 31st State Executive Council meeting, aims to enhance grassroots governance by empowering local councils with financial and administrative independence.
