Kano NNPP Rejects Ghari/Tsanyawa Assembly Re-Run Result, Accuses INEC Of Manipulation

The Kano chapter of the NNPP has rejected the results of the Ghari/Tsanyawa Assembly re-run election, accusing INEC of manipulation. The party's chairman, Comrade Hashimu Sulaiman Dungurawa, claimed that INEC colluded with politicians to favor the APC candidate, denying the electorate their right.

Dungurawa alleged that INEC announced the result at the state headquarters instead of the constituency collation center, opening the door for manipulation. The NNPP vowed to resist this injustice and electoral fraud, while commending the conduct of their candidate and praising the security agencies for creating an enabling environment.

INEC and the APC are yet to respond to the allegations.
