Kano NNPP Responds to Rep Kofa, No Fair Hearing Needed

The Kano State chapter of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has responded to claims by Rep. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, stating that he does not need a fair hearing before being expelled from the party.

The NNPP Chairman, Alhaji Hashimu Suleiman Dungurawa, emphasized that Kofa had already made his intentions clear to leave the party and support another, hence the lack of necessity for a fair hearing. Dungurawa highlighted the importance of following due process but noted that in this case, where the member had publicly declared plans to leave, a fair hearing was unnecessary.

The NNPP stands by its decision regarding Kofa's expulsion, citing his public statements and actions as reasons for the move.
