Katsina State Partners with Family Homes Fund to Empower Youths Through Vocational Training

Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, announced a partnership with Family Homes Fund to offer vocational skill training and economic empowerment to youths in the state. During a courtesy visit by a delegation from Family Homes Fund in Abuja, the ongoing vocational skill training program was discussed.

The initiative is seen as a critical tool to address unemployment, poverty, and other social challenges. The program focuses on hands-on training in areas like masonry, electrical wiring, tiling, and painting to make beneficiaries self-reliant economically.

Upon completion of training, beneficiaries will receive starter packs to kickstart their work. The state government is fully committed to empowering youths with practical skills to become self-reliant and productive members of society.

The partnership aims to expand interventions across the state, with the state government assuring full support for the sustainability and success of the program.
