Katsina Launches 2026 Mass Livestock Vaccination Campaign

On [exact date not provided], Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda inaugurated the 2026 annual mass livestock vaccination exercise targeting major infectious diseases such as contagious bovine pleuropneumonia (CBPP), foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), and peste des petits ruminants (PPR). The flag-off ceremony took place in Shifdawa Fulani Village, Batagarawa Local Government Area, and was attended by Chief of Staff Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir and members of the Katsina State Executive Council.
