Notorious Kidnap Kingpin Pardoned by President Tinubu Sparks Outrage

Kelvin Oniarah, a feared criminal leader responsible for kidnappings and killings in Nigeria, was pardoned by President Tinubu after serving 12 years in prison. Oniarah, also known as Kelvin Ibruvw, was involved in terror-related offenses in Delta, Edo, Anambra, and River States.
