NNPP Chairman Denies Kwankwaso's Role in 2027 Alliances - Party Asserts Independence

The National Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Agbo Major, refuted claims of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso's involvement in party alliances for the 2027 elections. Major emphasized that Kwankwaso does not speak for NNPP and highlighted the expulsion of Kwankwaso's group from the party.

The NNPP chairman accused Kwankwaso of exploiting the party's name for personal gain and pursuing his interests. Major affirmed the party's independence in decision-making and alliance formations, dismissing any association with Kwankwaso's group.

The NNPP has requested the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to update its records accordingly.
