Kwara APC Aspirant Launches N100M Empowerment Package

Yahaya Seriki-Gambari, an All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant in Kwara State, announced a N100 million community empowerment and healthcare support package for residents of Eji-Dongari in Moro Local Government Area. The initiative was facilitated through Kursi Investments Limited in collaboration with the Yahaya Seriki Foundation.

The program, held in Ilorin on Thursday, included participation from traditional rulers, community leaders, beneficiaries, and stakeholders. Yahaya Shina, the General Manager of Kursi Investments Limited, stated that the initiative reflects the company's commitment to positively impacting the host community's development.

He emphasized that the empowerment fund is an investment in human potential, aimed at improving livelihoods and fostering sustainable community growth. Halimah Gegele from the company’s Corporate Relations Department reiterated the importance of responsible mining and the lasting value it creates for communities.
