Kwara APC Strengthens for 2027 Elections, Says Governor

On Monday, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq announced that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state is becoming stronger and is prepared to achieve a significant victory in the 2027 general elections. This statement was made during the APC Youth Engagement 2026 event in Ilorin, as detailed in a press release by Deputy Chief Press Secretary Mashood Abdulrafiu Agboola.

The governor highlighted the progress made since his administration took office in 2019, emphasizing the turnaround from a collapsed system. He endorsed the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and gubernatorial candidate, Hon Salihu Yakubu Danladi, praising his competence and experience.

AbdulRazaq encouraged party members to mobilize and work diligently for the party's success, asserting that the APC is now stronger while the opposition has weakened. He expressed gratitude for the youth's turnout at the event, indicating their support for the party and its candidates.
