Lafarge Africa Reports N1.1 Trillion Revenue in 2025

Lafarge Africa Plc announced a landmark financial performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, achieving a record revenue of N1.1 trillion, which is the first time the company has crossed the N1 trillion revenue threshold in its history. This represents a significant 53% increase from N696.8 billion in 2024.

The profit before tax also saw explosive growth, rising by 170% to N411.3 billion, compared to N100.1 billion the previous year. CEO Lolu Alad Akinyemi described 2025 as a transformative year for the organization, attributing the success to a disciplined execution of a four-point strategy focused on value creation and operational efficiency.

The company plans to expand its Ashakacem plant in Gombe State and its Sagamu plant in Ogun State, which will increase its total annual production capacity to 14.0 million metric tons. Lafarge Africa also proposed a final dividend of 600 kobo per share, a significant increase from the 120 kobo paid the previous year.
