Lagos Building Collapse Claims 1 Life, Injures 8 in Apapa Emergency Response Underway

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed a building collapse in Apapa, Lagos, resulting in 1 death and 8 injuries. The incident occurred at a three-story building in Alayabiagba community.

LASEMA's response team rescued 8 individuals alive from the rubble. The search and rescue operation involved multiple agencies, including LASEMA, Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA), National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and the Nigeria Police.
