Lagos Food Bank Launches Campaign Against Hunger Crisis

The campaign is designed to be deployed across digital platforms and features two executives who draw attention to the realities of hunger and malnutrition. According to a statement released on Wednesday, the campaign emphasizes the deadly effects of hunger and urges the public to "feed someone today." The Lagos Food Bank aims to help the public recognize the main conditions of hunger that often go unnoticed.

The organization works to rescue surplus food and redistribute it to vulnerable communities across Lagos. Despite its direct interventions, the organization acknowledges that there remains a significant gap in addressing hunger.
