Lakowe Lakes Golf Classic Offers Electric Car for Winner

The 54-hole Nigeria Closed tournament is set to commence at the par-72 Lakowe Lakes Golf Club, marking the beginning of a week dedicated to high-level professional golf. More than 150 professional golfers from over 12 African countries are expected to participate, with the Nigeria Closed offering a total purse of ₦30 million.

Following this event, attention will shift to the international leg of the Lakowe Lakes Golf Classic, scheduled from October 2 to October 4. CIG Motors has heightened excitement by offering a brand-new electric car to the overall winner, in addition to a $50,000 purse and World Golf Ranking points.

Players from countries including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Ghana, Cameroon, Togo, Gambia, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and Zambia will join Nigeria’s top professionals.
