ADC Leadership Tussle: Ukandu Seeks Court Stay in Legal Battle Against Kachukwu

Nkemakolam Ukandu, an officer of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has filed a court appeal in Abuja seeking to stay proceedings in a suit challenging the party's leadership led by former presidential candidate Dumebi Kachukwu. Ukandu's lawyer, Kalu Kalu Agu, argues that proceeding with the case without affording the appellant an opportunity to be heard would result in grave injustice.
