Nigerian House of Reps Order Paper 13 October 2026

Seven bills were listed for first reading on 13 October 2026. Two came from the executive: one to amend the National Postgraduate Medical College Act and another to establish a National Research and Innovation Development Fund. The Senate also forwarded a Compulsory Civil Registration Bill. Eleven committee reports on public petitions were presented, covering cases of alleged wrongful dismissal, unlawful termination of employment, a police reinstatement dispute, alleged abuse at Madonna University, and a complaint by host communities of Sam Mbakwe Cargo Airport.
