A woman, Judith Asiligangtang Ibrahim Gimba, shared details about the tragic death of Lt. Samson Haruna, an army doctor allegedly set ablaze by his wife.

The woman condemned the incident and revealed that the wife, RetYit, deeply loved her husband. RetYit had resigned from her job in anticipation of marriage, leading to an escalated altercation that resulted in Haruna sustaining burn injuries and later taking his life.

The incident occurred in Wellington Bassei Barrack, Ibagwa Abak Local Government Area.
